These conditions cause urinary leakage and urgency to urinate even when your bladder is not full many times through the day and night. Nighttime waking, frequent bathroom trips, and accidents can all be the result of childbirth, hormonal changes from menopause or nerve damage and muscle weakness. Dr. Vogt is passionate about helping women, because more than half of all women will be affected by incontinence or prolapse in their lifetime. She specializes in treating both overactive bladder and stress urinary incontinence, as well as pelvic prolapse.
